We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ship our products. Our shipping policy is to charge by weight, which provides a detailed and least expensive shipping option for our customers, and allows us to ship to most countries in the world. Domestic customers in the UK and the Channel Islands have the option of using Royal Mail and Parcelforce as their carriers, while overseas customers should choose Parcelforce. Daisy Cheynes will always attempt to provide the cheapest method of shipping available.

UK and Channel Islands Customers

To ensure accuracy, we calculate shipping costs to mainland or islands in the UK. When choosing your shipping country therefore, pick where you live (or where you want your purchase delivered to, if, for example, it's a gift) from:

• Scotland
• Scotland - Islands
• England
• England - Isle of Man (IOM) and Scilly Isles
• Wales
• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands

Your first shipping choice should be Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, as these are the cheapest. We always use Recorded Delivery to ensure confirmation of delivery and provide parcel tracking through Track and Trace. If Royal Mail isn't suitable for your purchase (eg if it's too heavy, or it works out to be too expensive) you'll see a message asking you you click the back button and choose either Parcelforce Express or Parcelforce Normal.
